U.S. PHYSICIANS WHO WOULD LIKE FREE REFERRALS OF NATIONAL MEDICAL CLINIC, INC. PATIENTS IN THEIR AREA ARE INVITED TO REGISTER WITH "THE PHYSICIAN REFERRAL SERVICE" OF THE NATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF AMERICAN PHYSICIANS BY CLICKING ON THE LINK BELOW
Physicians who enroll in this national patient referral service are requested to identify those medical disorders for which the physician shall provide treatment from among those presented below at the time of completing the online physician enrollment form. National Medical Clinic, Inc. will pay the initial patient treatment fees. MEDICAL TREATMENTS
PHYSICAN PRACTICE AREAS
PARTICIPATING PHYSICIAN FEESNational Medical Clinic, Inc. patients referred to participating physicians who have registered below with The National Organization of American Physicians ("NOAP") Physician Referral Service are paid the posted fees by NMC via credit card or check at the time the following services are rendered: 1) initial level one basic physical exam without diagnostic testing; 2) clinical assessment of patient examination results, current lab test report provided physician, patient complaint, subjective findings, objective findings, medical history and indicated treatment prescribed by the physician; and 3) two followup assessments of patient lab reports obtained during treatment and revision to patient's dosage as indicated. Fees paid by NMC to a participating treating physician providing the following NMC requested services to an NMC patient referred to the physician by NMC or NOAP are as follows.
The participating physician's office is responsible for filing primary and secondary insurance claims for direct reimbursement to the patient for the examination fee, clinical assessment and prescribed treatment fee and lab report assessment fees paid by NMC on behalf of the patient to the physician at the time service is rendered by the physician. Other Participating Physician Services and Medical Laboratory Diagnostic Testing Service Provided Patient at Patient’s Request and Not Requested by NMCA referred patient becomes the patient of the physician to whom NMC or NOAP refers the patient. The patient and their insurer are responsible for fees due the participating physician for services requested by patient beyond the NMC requested physician services and fees payable by NMC to the physician for the above identified services. Fees not paid by NMC include, but are not limited to, medical laboratory diagnostic testing and other physician, medical service and administrative services provided by the participating physician to the patient beyond specific services requested of the physician in writing by NMC. Qualifying state, licensed, physicians currently engaged in any one of the following medical practices, or a related practice, are encouraged to enroll in the Physician Referral Service of the National Organization of American Physicians ("PRS") as participating physicians: internal medicine, general practice, family practice, medical weight loss, medical hair growth restoration, urology, endocrinology, reproductive endocrinology and male infertility. An enrolling NOAP physician must currently maintain an existing private practice medical office located in the U.S. An approved Physician Referral Service NOAP participating physician must possess and provide PRS with the physician's current state medical board physician license and a current DEA license. Enrolling physicians shall be approved as NOAP physician providers if they have an excellent professional record absent any disciplinary actions against them by the state medical authority governing the practice of medicine in the state issuing their medical license and there is no record of the physician's license being suspended or revoked. PRS Physicians conduct physical examinations, order diagnostic blood testing, evaluate subjective and objective findings as to the patient's medical condition through clinical assessment, diagnose disorders, prescribe indicated treatment and supervise the treatment of their patients. NOAP is continually evaluating the national demand by patients for specific new medical treatments, which are continually added to the available therapies for which patients can request referral to a PRS participating physician practicing in the area of medicine for which treatment is sought. Physicians desiring to enroll as participating providers in the National Organization of American Physicians are requested to (1) enroll online by clicking on the link below and completing the enrollment form; and (2) fax a copy of your medical license, DEA license and Curriculum Vitae to NOAP fax number (561) 443-7736 or e-mail the documents to nationalmedicalclinic@earthlink.net. NOAP will then e-mail the enrolling physician a brief Physician Member Agreement for execution and return to NOAP. Following receipt of the above documents, a newly enrolled physician is sent confirming membership in good standing with NOAP and its Physician Referral Service. After enrollment, the participating physician shall be referred patients in the physician's area.
